		<description>Well...the Land\\\&#039;s End example does do some good things from the customer service standpoint but the paragraph that begins \\\&#039;But why wait...\\\&#039; should be something like: .Take advantage of special savings available to our new subscribers...\\\&#039;  And of course it should look better.

Maybe Art.com should spend a few lines welcoming the person before getting into the sales pitches.

But who knows...that\\\&#039;s what testing is for.</description>
